I have high hopes for this. I really hope it turns out well and makes a lot of money. I would love for this movie’s success to encourage more live-action interpretations of anime to be developed.

The Lupan one didn’t translate so well, this one looks a little better suited for live action though.

True. There are ones that would/should never be moved to live action. But there are plenty that would be amazing IF someone kept to the source material and not the marketers.
